US Grant Writing Paralegal VA

We have need of someone who can start as soon as 24-48 hours out. The grant writing is based around the US Tribal Energy Grant through the Department of Energy. It will be largely based around Solar and Battery Installation. There is a tight deadline to complete the Grant Materials by May 30th. If successful a future position will be made available.

Responsibility and Tasks:

Research and identify grants requirements that match the objectives of the organization
Develop proposals for matching grants
Oversee preparation of grant proposals, conduct a final review, and ensure timely submission
Maintain accurate record of past and present grant opportunities, deadlines, and proposals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and donors
Respond to funder questions in timely manner
Coordinate technical information and make sure it matches across all grant materials
Be on meetings with the rest of the Grant Writing team
