E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in eCommerce operations, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will work closely with our eCommerce Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of our online store and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management of our eCommerce platform, including product listings, pricing updates, and inventory management.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly, providing excellent customer service.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging product descriptions, visuals, and promotional materials.
If needed, conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
Assist in analyzing sales data and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support the implementation of new initiatives and projects to enhance the eCommerce experience for our customers.

Requirements:
Previous experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related fields is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and problem-solving skills.
Passion for eCommerce and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is an advantage but not required.
