Social Media Scouter

I'm looking to hire a social media scouter for my Gen Z beauty and fashion brand. For this role, you'll be required to find influencers and content creators that fit our demographic and follower requirement.

Requirements:
- You'll need an Instagram account that can be used on a mobile device. Please ensure that your device can run the app as you'll mostly be scrolling through Instagram pages.
- You'll need a desktop and Google account to insert prospects into an Excel sheet.
- You should be able to tell the difference between Gen Z and millennials, both in terms of looks and fashion.

Important note: Please do not apply for this role if you don't already have over a year of experience in the influencer marketing space. I am not interested in training people who have never taken on this or similar types of roles.
