We are looking for a skilled Data Scraper to join our team and assist in gathering valuable insights and information relevant to real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, proficiency in data scraping techniques and tools, and a passion for delivering accurate and actionable data to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data scraping and extraction from various online sources
- Compile and organize data related to property listings, pricing trends, occupancy rates, and competitor analysis
- Analyze and interpret scraped data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
- Collaborate with the management team to generate reports, insights, and recommendations based on the collected data
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the accuracy and relevance of scraped data.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Scraper
- Proficiency in data scraping techniques and tools such as Python, Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and extract insights from large datasets
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and organization
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
