Youtube Creative Director

l I am looking to hire a full time Creative Director for our YT channel.

The main responsibilities that the CD has overseeing the video creation process, managing creative team, and quality control:

Video topic research with our researcher

Oversee and approve lead magnets and bullet point script for each video

Suggest titles and thumbnails and work with designer

Check video editor output for QC and retention

We produce 16 pre-recorded + 5 live videos a week, so this is full time role

I prefer someone who has done a similar role.
