Quality Assurance/ Business Analyst

We’re an agile team on a mission is to simplify recipe costing, maximise efficiency, maximising profit, minimising compliance effort, and giving super-powers to the worlds best Chefs to buy smarter. We were SAAS pioneers in 2004 and have a very active user base who love our product. Our current team of 11 are based in Vietnam and the Philippines and are all very passionate about what we are building. The team consists of frontend and backend devs, a data science team (AI/ML), domain experts, and QA.

We’re very close to launching our new app, using cutting edge tech and are looking for someone to help take it to market, assisting migration and helping imagine future features.

Responsibilities:

Documentation: Work with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to simplify and organise documentation.

Emphasise with our users, understanding their goals and problems, helping to prioritise and detail new features.

Functional Specifications: Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.

Systems Design Elements: Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, or other detailed deliverables.

User Stories and Backlog: Help create user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize them based on business value in the product backlog.

Bonus points for experience writing automated tests, likely using Playwright


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

Knowledge of system design and user experience best practices.
