JOB OVERVIEW

What are we looking for:



We are in search of a Shopify Operations Coordinator!!!

In this role, you will contribute significantly to the client’s operations team, providing support in various areas including supply chain coordination, website management, and assisting with our wholesale operations. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.


Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who excels in attention to detail and execution, thrives in an organized and detail-oriented environment, possesses exceptional analytical skills, possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal and can adeptly handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.


This role is 100% work from home.


In this role, you will be:

Supply Chain Coordination:

- Assisting the Operations team on Purchase Order (PO) set up with up-to-date Supplier FOB pricing.
- Assign unique product identifiers (UPCs) and maintain UPC Image folders for each PO.
- Coordinate with relevant parties for SKU assignments and quantities to order, considering inventory levels and demand.


Website Management:

- This person will be responsible for creating and updating product detail pages (PDP), working in conjunction with the relevant parties for all assets and copy needed.
- Assist in catalog management across all sales channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy of product details.
- Manage hero and banner sections during new product launches and promotional sales.
- Perform basic website management tasks, such as content uploading, formatting, and troubleshooting.
- Regularly update the Google Merchant Feed.


General Operations Support:

- Provide support in various operational tasks as assigned, working closely with the Director of Operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing operations to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis related to website performance, inventory management, and sales metrics under the guidance of the Director of Operations.
- Proactively identify process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency.


About You:

Core qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in business administration, supply chain management, operations, e-commerce or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with Click-Up or any relevant project management tools
- Ability to perform supply chain coordination, including setting up purchase orders, managing SKUs and UPCs, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Ability to manages the shipment of customer eyewear and develops routing guides or standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Proficiency in website management tasks, such as creating and updating product detail pages, managing catalogs, and updating Google Merchant Feeds.
- Capability to perform data entry, reporting, and analysis related to website performance, inventory management, and sales metrics.
- Ability to manage a wide range of tasks efficiently.
- Tech-savvy with a strong curiosity for automation
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.




Advantageous:

- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and/or Amazon
- Familiarity with fundamental HTML/CSS
- Skilled in Quickbooks or other pertinent accounting software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with website content management systems (CMS)
- Having the ability to manage wholesale operations, including overseeing purchase orders, coordinating wholesale inventory allocation, managing third-party logistics (3PL) coordination, and handling invoice management


Technical Requirements (Device):

- Laptop/Computer (at least 8GB RAM)
- Headset (preferable noise canceling microphone)
- Fast/Stable Internet Connection (At least 10 mbps)



Shift and Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Semi Flexi-Time but has to be available during Peak operational hours scheduled between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM PST
