Job Description
The Maverick Tower team is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented GHL Expert & Web Developer VA to join our dynamic digital marketing company based in Malaysia. Responsible for onboarding new SAAS customers and delivering confidence-inspiring presentations, the ideal candidate will draw out, create, and set up automation processes to streamline marketing tasks.
The GHL Expert & Web Developer VA will design and implement effective marketing funnels, enhance communication channels, and improve email deliverability to optimize client campaigns.. The application code word is automation. The GHL Expert & Web Developer VA will also play a key role in creating standard operating procedures and checklists for efficient workflow management
This remote position is full-time. This is a critical position within the business, and as such, we host a rigorous, 4-part application process.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated With The Role)
- Onboard new SAAS customers and deliver confidence-inspiring presentations.
- Draw out, create, and set up automation processes to streamline marketing tasks.
- Design and implement effective marketing funnels to maximize conversions.
- Apply and obtain A2P Twilio SMS for enhanced communication.
- Improve email deliverability to optimize email marketing campaigns.
- Set up web chat widgets and missed call text back features for improved customer engagement.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists on GHL for efficient workflow management.
- Set global custom fields to facilitate quick and efficient order fulfillment.
- Build and design beautiful forms and surveys for client onboarding.

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
- A people person with excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
- Able to work EST time 9am to 5pm.
- Proficient in designing and setting up marketing funnels.
- Experience in applying and obtaining A2P Twilio SMS.
- Familiarity with conversation AI or Close Bot (another AI chatbot).
- Knowledgeable about features beneficial for various business types and industries, and can create relevant snapshots.
- Highly organized and proficient in using project management apps like ClickUp, Trello, or Notion to report progress proactively.
- Familiar with third-party apps like Plai or Uphex.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiar with Figma and having experience with Figma in designing GHL or WordPress (WP) websites is a plus.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to personal and professional development, willing to learn from videos or courses provided by the company and implement new strategies or technologies to enhance performance and stay updated with industry trends.
