Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller Virtual Assistant to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection positively. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to earn competitive commissions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect Outreach: Initiate outbound phone calls to potential clients from provided contact lists or databases, introducing our products/services, and gauging their interest in learning more.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening during cold calls, gathering key information such as decision-makers, budgetary constraints, and buying timelines.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or follow-up calls for our sales team based on the interest and availability of potential clients, ensuring accurate recording of all appointments in the CRM system.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish a positive rapport with potential clients during cold calls, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and a solution-oriented approach to address their needs and concerns.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of cold calls made, responses received, appointments scheduled, and outcomes achieved, providing regular reports to management to track progress and optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone demeanor. Ability to articulate product/service benefits persuasively and handle objections effectively.
• A resilient and persistent attitude to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation during repetitive cold calling tasks.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and navigate through objections to secure appointments or further interest.
• Meticulous attention to detail in accurately recording information gathered during cold calls, updating CRM systems, and scheduling appointments with accuracy.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize and manage a high volume of outbound calls efficiently, maximizing productivity and achieving daily/weekly call targets.
