Attending the prestigious French Culinary Institute in the heart of NYC, I trained trained in formal French fine dining cuisine.

That education was put to the test for the following decade as I cooked in some of New York's best kitchens, receiving a rating of "Excellent" by The New York Times while the Executive Chef of "The Stone Manor 101" and continued at the acclaimed Three Michelin Star "Per Se."

That drive continued as I formed Lawrence Food Group. Since the creation of LFG, I have been featured on The Food Network and curated culinary experiences for Oscar award-winning actors, professional athletes, and royal dignitaries.
