We are a leading real estate firm specializing in midterm rentals. We take pride in offering high-quality rental properties and exceptional guest experiences. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Reservations Specialist.

Your Role:

As a Reservations Specialist, you will be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring that each tenant receives personalized attention and outstanding service throughout their stay. From managing reservations to providing assistance and recommendations, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our tenants. Additionally, you will handle reservation inquiries, rental applications, renewals, vendor management, and rent payment collection.

Reservation Responsibilities:
• Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out experiences for tenants.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Enhance the online visibility of the property through the strategic optimization of titles, descriptions, and amenities.
• Efficiently manage tenants' reservations, including processing bookings and addressing special requests.
• Provide tailored recommendations for local attractions and dining options to enhance tenants' experiences.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards in tenant areas.
• Proactively address guest feedback to continuously improve tenant satisfaction.
• Promptly address and resolve maintenance issues reported by tenants.
• Ensure rental properties are meticulously prepared for tenants' arrivals and departures.
• Process rental applications and handle lease renewals.
• Manage payment processing, including collecting rental fees and security deposits.
• Collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including email correspondence and calendar management.

Vendor Management Responsibilities:
• Conduct online vendor sourcing and engage in communication until successfully onboarded.
• Calling vendors to address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors to facilitate accurate and timely billing processes.

Owner Onboarding Responsibilities:
• Prepare a comprehensive welcome package including contracts, rental agreements, rules, and regulations.
• Follow up after the initial onboarding period to ensure a smooth transition and address any remaining issues.
• Communicating maintenance requests for the property or indicating if renovations are needed to increase booking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, and being a property manager assistant or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with reservation management systems is desirable.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Preferably with Zoho One experience and worked with Texas-based clients.
