We help Web3 and blockchain companies streamline their accounting and finance processes. Services include bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax preparation and fractional CFO. Using software, and ledger mapping, we can provide blockchain financial literacy for any organization. Our team of accounting professionals and blockchain experts, will analyze clients on-chain transactions and synchronize them with QuickBooks. Enabling their organizations to properly maintain accounting records, file taxes, and issue financial statements.

We are currently going through a period of rapid growth. I need a tech-savvy and extremely detail-oriented senior accountant to work alongside me as a partner to support me on my projects and help execute my vision.
This is arguably one of the most important, challenging, and rewarding positions within our company. You will work directly with us and our team and act as a liaison between our main accounting team and our clients. Therefore, you will need a high degree of knowledge of accounting principles in order to move along projects, communicate with clients, and work with our internal team. You will be the middle-man or middle-woman between our clients and our internal team, helping to manage the client relationship and project manage the accounting team to accomplish tasks according to our client's needs.

Tax Compliance:
Demonstrate proficiency in tax filings, including 1040, 1065, and 1120 forms.
Gather necessary documents from clients, such as W2s, 1099s, and previous year tax returns.
Review tax return drafts for accuracy and completeness, addressing any errors or omissions promptly.
Client Management:
Act as a liaison between clients and service providers, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of requirements.
Compile monthly and quarterly financial statements, sharing them with clients along with tax returns and relevant documents for review.
Address client inquiries promptly, providing clarity and solutions to accounting-related queries.
Administrative Duties:
Manage administrative tasks such as engagement letters, invoicing, and document collection for new clients.
Organize client profiles and maintain accurate records in CRM systems like Pipedrive and Canopy/Karbon.

Demonstrate strong managerial skills by efficiently overseeing multiple teams and delegating tasks effectively.
Manage deadlines and client expectations, ensuring timely delivery of work products and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency transactions and technology.
Prior experience with Canopy software (preferred but not needed) and familiarity with tools like G Drive for document management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex problems.
