White Label Product Sourcing and E-commerce Management

We are a Wholesale and dynamic e-commerce business specializing in Amazon FBA, wholesale distribution, and direct sales on platforms like eBay, Etsy, and our own Shopify website. We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with a proven track record in product sourcing, white labeling, and digital marketing. This role requires expertise in negotiation, market analysis, marketing/ads, and managing comprehensive online sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

-Source products and negotiate terms with suppliers both overseas and domestically for white labeling opportunities.
-Manage listings across multiple e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Shopify.
-Optimize product visibility and sales through effective Amazon PPC campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
-Monitor and analyze market trends to identify profitable products.
-Handle logistics and compliance for international and domestic shipments.
-Prepare detailed reports on sourcing, costs, sales, and marketing metrics.
-Maintain communication with suppliers, distributors, and the internal team to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically in product sourcing and white labeling.
-Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with international suppliers.
-Proficient in managing sales across various online platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify).
-Expertise in digital marketing and Amazon PPC campaigns.
-Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with logistics and compliance issues.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
-Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
