At AdLaunch, a Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role in understanding our agency clients' challenges and needs. You will help bridge the connection between our clients and our technical team by gathering client feedback. This feedback helps AdLaunch adapt and meet client demands, leading to their success.
**Your main tasks will include:**
- **Conducting Sales Demos:** Show potential clients how our software works.
- **Client Onboarding:** Help new clients get started with our software.
- **Client Support:** Offer ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Liaising with Development Team:** Communicate client needs for software improvements.
- **Community Engagement:** Keep our client community engaged and informed.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be focused on customer satisfaction, understand technical details, and be able to solve problems efficiently. Experience in a similar role, especially in a SaaS or tech company, and knowledge of CRM tools will be beneficial.
