Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Property Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our property management team in various tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the properties. You will utilize your expertise, a property management software, to streamline processes, manage data, and enhance efficiency.



Responsibilities:

• Utilize Project Management software to manage property listings, tenant information, lease agreements, and financial data.
• Coordinate with property managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the system.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of lease documents, rental agreements, and other property-related paperwork.
• Handle tenant inquiries and maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor rental payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Generate reports and analyze data to track property performance and financial metrics.
• Coordinate property inspections and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Remote Assistant in the property management industry.
• Proficiency in property management software is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with property management processes and regulations is preferred
