Textdrip is your go-to automated texting platform, empowering our customers to effortlessly send bulk SMS. We're on the lookout for a new member to join our dynamic team!

Job Description:
As part of the Textdrip family, your responsibilities include:

-Attend all training sessions to stay at the forefront of our offerings.
-Serve customers by providing top-notch product and service information.
-Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
-Engage potential customers by answering queries and suggesting additional products and services.
-Open customer accounts and keep records updated.
-Utilize tech skills in Excel, Google Docs/Sheets/Chrome to enhance service.
-Resolve product or service problems by determining causes and providing effective solutions.
-Prepare insightful product or service reports through customer information analysis.
-Contribute to team success by achieving related results.


Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

- 1-2 years of customer service experience handling calls, chats, and email, preferably with a background in financial accounts.
- Keen attention to detail
- Expert-level fluency in written and verbal English for seamless customer communication.
- Strong time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs/Sheets/Chrome
- Tech-savvy mindset
- Fast learner and adaptable, especially in financial processes and systems.
- Excellent customer service and chat handling skills
- Access to backup power and a reliable ISP
- Willingness to work in EST hours, including weekends and holidays
