Position: Appointment Setter
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, primarily operating on Central European Time (CET)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our appointment-setting specialist is responsible for setting appointments for our sales team.

The individual selected for this position will engage with customers who have previously indicated interest through a purchase, webinar registration, or other sales funnels. Their primary responsibility will involve cultivating these relationships to introduce supplementary products and services, thereby advancing the customer journey. Additionally, they will schedule appointments for upselling opportunities and additional offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
- Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue
- Field incoming calls and convert 50% or more to appointments
- Outreach (LinkedIn, social media etc.)
- Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments
- Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
- Adequately explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
- Complete the required call sheets at the end of each day
- Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role

REQUIREMENTS

- A minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced sales environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional follow-up skills in the sales process
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), presentation and interpersonal skills required - with the ability to build credibility and rapport quickly
- Ability to learn and apply a system to the sales process
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to manage various aspects of the job
- Knowledge of CRM and client management systems
- Strong attention to detail and client follows-up
- Self-starter who can work independently and is team-committed
- Must be willing to make outbound sales calls to warm leads
