Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a personable virtual assistant that can take care of our customers and help us stay organized as we grow.

Duties included but not limited to:

-Answer incoming calls.
-Call interested prospects back
- Call previous customers not serviced
- Call previous estimates not booked yet
- Perform day after happy calls to ensure best customer service
- Operate from our CRM platform
- Route and dispatch production technicians out in the field
- Answer and respond to all necessary emails.
- Creating spreadsheets and modifying docs
