About us –

Clarity Search Partners is a specialist staffing agency that focuses on audit, tax, advisory and accounting recruitment. Our clients range from SME – Big 4 firms, to organisations in industry and financial services.

We have been in business for over 5 years and have big plans for growth in the coming year. To enable this growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team.

The Position -

The role will have the following responsibilities -

What is in it for you –

• Training and development around best practice recruitment – candidate interviews, job order management etc

The person we are looking for –

• A person who can commit to 20 hours per week
• Tech savvy – MS Word, familiar with LinkedIn and Canva
• Focused mindset with an ability to work through tasks assigned
• Ability to work 4 hours per day in the Irish time zone
• Must have a stable internet connection
• Access to a good laptop
• Comfortable using their LinkedIn profile to source candidates

Details on the role –

Job Advertisement Management –

• Updating vacancies on Upgrade to see actual info weekly – circa 50
• Visiting client websites to ensure vacancies posted match those on our internal system
• Writing job specs via ChatGPT
• Posting jobs via Broadbean posting software

Social media management –

• Daily posting through LinkedIn
• Keeping LinkedIn group updated with content
• Updating templates using Canva for live jobs
• Keeping Buffer queue full of content
• Contacting candidates who have voted in LinkedIn polls

Research –

• Market mapping new clients
• Sourcing email addresses


Candidate sourcing –
• Building and sourcing candidates through your LinkedIn network through the use of automation tools – €50 bonus payments will be made for candidate sourced and placed directly by you!
• Using LinkedIn Recruiter on a daily basis –
o Looking a daily notifications of new candidates “open to work” saved in different projects
o Sending bulk quarterly messages to 1st connections
o Working on various recruitment projects
