E-commerce product lister and shop manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our e-commerce team as a Product Listing and Shop Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product listings and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multiple online stores, which are built on the Lightfunnels platform (similar to shopify and Woocommerce).

Key Responsibilities:

Create and optimize product listings for our validated products on multiple Lightfunnels stores.
Ensure product information, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing, is accurate and compelling
Collaborate with the product research and video editing team to gather necessary information and assets for new product listings.
Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking.
Oversee the overall presentation and functionality of our Lightfunnels stores, making improvements as needed
Stay up-to-date with e-commerce best practices and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions.
Coordinate with the media buying team to align product listings with promotional campaigns and brand guidelines
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback related to product listings and the online store experience

Requirements:

-Proven experience in e-commerce product listing and shop management, preferably on shopify and Woocommerce.
-Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive and SEO-friendly product descriptions
-Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using e-commerce metrics and tools to drive decision-making
-Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering a seamless and engaging online shopping experience
-Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
