The Service Manager is responsible for organizing the activities of the Service Team and create value for the business by building and fostering long-term relationships with customers. The main functions of this role are:
• Oversee and guide all activities of the team to provide excellent service to end-users
• Ensure effective execution of business processes and best practices.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in coordination with other teams to ensure prompt and professional
solutions.
• Build productive relationships with customers and technicians
• Coordinate closely with the management team to deliver value to customers.
• Monitors department issues.
• Develop service improvement plans.
Minimum requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow through and ensure closure of tasks
• High level of planning and coordination
• Strong customer service orientation
• Demonstrable skills in Google and MS Office suite of applications
• Effective leadership skills
• Familiar with virtual tools and apps
