Position Overview:
The Full Stack Developer will play a crucial role in transitioning our Google Sheet tools into a web-based environment, alongside overseeing a team of automation developers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in React, Node.js, Git for version control, JS, HTML, and CSS, and possess a solid grasp of HTTP protocol fundamentals. Proficiency with Next.js, MongoDB, Material UI, API creation, and serverless environments will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance a robust web framework for migrating Google Sheet tools into an intuitive web interface.
- Manage project workflows within the Tech Team, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, optimize, and manage databases to uphold data integrity and security, with a focus on AWS technologies.
- Implement front-end and back-end development for web applications, adhering to industry standards.
- Create responsive and user-centric web interfaces for seamless experiences across devices.
- Integrate external APIs and services for expanded functionalities.
- Ensure secure authentication mechanisms and implement authorization protocols.
- Monitor and optimize web application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Maintain compliance with web standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring uninterrupted functionality.
- Stay updated with emerging tech trends, integrating relevant advancements into projects.
- Collaborate within the team to enhance web applications continually.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, databases, and project specifications.
- Contribute to system testing, quality assurance, and deployment processes.
- Provide technical support and expertise for ongoing projects.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-stack web development using React and Node.js, with proficiency in JS, HTML, CSS, and Git.
- Experience with Next.js, MongoDB, Material UI framework, creating and integrating APIs, and working in serverless environments is preferred but not required.
- Good English skills for effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of HTTP protocol fundamentals.
- Strong database design and management skills, with AWS experience preferred.
- Proficiency in web frameworks, libraries, and development tools.
- Sound understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledgeable in RESTful API design and implementation, emphasizing security.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certification or relevant cloud computing expertise.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or Amazon-related projects.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Recommended, but not mandatory" list: Experience with MongoDB as a database technology
