Creative Assistant Needed for Busy Marketer

Hi there!

I'Upgrade to see actual infolanie, the owner and creative director at Fourth Street Creative. I help realtors build impactful personal brands and dominate their marketing. I'm looking for a creative assistant who is proficient with Canva, Photoshop AND video editing to handle overflow and assist me with projects.

Here's what you'll be doing:

* Cutting short-form content for platforms like TikTok and Reels, as well as crafting engaging videos for YouTube and our educational membership.
* Dusting off your Photoshop skills and helping us edit existing mockups to perfection.
* We'll bring the established project aesthetics, and you'll be the mastermind behind creating even more assets to match that style in Canva

The creative assistant we're looking for has the following:

• Communication skills: You can understand our creative vision and offer suggestions to make it even better.
• A positive attitude: You bring the sunshine and are excited by the work we do
• You're not afraid to share your thoughts and help us find creative solutions.
• The ability to manage your time like a champ: You can work remotely, manage your 4-hour daily schedule (Monday-Friday), and deliver completed work each day.
