We are looking for a Virtual Assistant or Design/IT associate to provide administrative and marketing support to members of the executive team.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various tasks, including power point creation, answering
Must be an expert in:
MS Office 365
MS Word
MS Callandar
MS Teams
Excel, Excel Charting and Tables
Power Point - You will be making Power Point presentations. Some Photoshop or other skills will be good.
Design Skills - Within Power Point you will be arranging slides and creating graphics.
Perform market research within Amazon (detail products).
Occasionally writing marketing copy with AI for our products.
You should understand basic bookkeeping tools such as QuickBooks. Higher end tools such as Sage or NETSUITE would be better.
Organize files for the president and exec team.
Excellent English. You should understand everyone and be understood by all.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Should be college educated. IT, accounting or design would be good majors. Others as well.
