Virtual assistant and marketing with potential bonus pay

Looking for sales and marketing VA that can either do 8am est to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm est to sometimes later time. the work itself will be considered few hours but need to be on standby to respond to messages.

Initial job for trial run will be managing and reposting ads which will be $25 week this is only 1-2 hrs a day. Then once we are comfortable with how you handle the ads. we will promote and let you handle clients which will be $450 a month plus commission . We do hope you are able to grasp everything in less than 1 week in order for us to promote for

This Job requires Common sense, Organization skills, and not rely on constant "training" since you will need to figure out on your own how to do things.

Must have
1. Good internet
2. Have vpn
3. Comfortable dealing with adult content (companion services)
4. Take initiative without us telling what need to be done.
5. Must be team player to help business grow
6. Must have knowledge editing photos
7. Must have experience with growing twitter/X followers
8. Good communication skips
9. Good organization skills
10. Know how to use Google work space.
11. must know Marketing and Sales

This can lead to long term business and be able to make lots of money if taking initiative .
