Our team is expanding, and we're in search of a dedicated sales professional to join our ranks and help us reach new heights.


Requirements:
• Native or as native English
• Professionalism
• At least 4 years of experience as Cold Calling Sales Rep (we do not look for people without experience in sales)
• Camera
• Internet with at least 10Mbps download and 3Mbps upload


Your Role:
• Utilize our internal calling system to reach out to businesses across the USA
• Calling out to targets, and inviting them to book and carry demos/presentations, utilizing the auto-calling system scripts and data we provide to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, answering call backs
• This is a permanent position with ample opportunities for advancement, including paths to account management, team leadership, and managerial roles.

Work Hours:
• 8.5hours a day
• 9am - 5:30 pm EDT time zone (half hour unpaid break)

Compensation:
• Competitive hourly base rate: PHP110 – PHP300 (depending on performance).
• Attractive commission structure: PHP50 - PHP250 per hour (on average for those hitting our goals), plus additional rewards for each demo booked and for converting leads into paying customers.
• Compensation for call time that meets Q&C

• Generous quarterly bonuses: PHP15,000 - PHP155,000.
• 13th Month salary bonus at the year's end.
• Additional performance bonuses available
