JOB OVERVIEW

Skayl, a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing agency, is on the lookout for a LinkedIn Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and exceptional skills in graphic and multimedia design using Adobe software. This role is central to enhancing our CEOs personal presence and the company presence on LinkedIn, positioning our brand as a thought leader, and driving lead generation through strategic content marketing.

Role Overview:

As our LinkedIn Profile Manager, you will be instrumental in optimising the personal and company profiles of Skayl on LinkedIn. Your responsibilities will revolve around developing compelling content, engaging with our community, and utilising advanced LinkedIn strategies to expand our network and generate leads. Cold email marketing is not required in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Profile Optimisation:

Update our CEO's and the companies bio and banner images, ensuring alignment with Skayl's branding and value propositions.
Optimise LinkedIn profile content for SEO and visibility, incorporating relevant keywords.

Content Creation and Curation:

Design and execute a content calendar in sync with digital marketing industry trends and Skayl’s milestones.
Produce and post high-quality multimedia content, including graphics and videos, using Adobe software.
Curate and share third-party content that complements our offerings and enhances our industry authority.
Write blogs and articles to be published on our company website and shared on LinkedIn.

Engagement and Community Building:

Actively engage with content from other industry leaders and potential clients to boost visibility.
Manage interactions within LinkedIn groups and on our profiles to foster community engagement.

Networking and Connection Growth:

Employ advanced search techniques to connect with industry leaders, influencers, and potential clients.

Lead Generation and Nurturing:

Utilise tools like LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator to identify and approach potential leads effectively.
Develop a strategy for nurturing leads with regular, personalised follow-ups.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Track and analyse the performance of all LinkedIn activities using platform-specific analytics tools.
Generate regular reports detailing profile growth, engagement rates, and the ROI of LinkedIn activities.

Continuous Learning and Adaptation:

Stay updated with the latest features and best practices on LinkedIn and in the broader digital marketing landscape.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills in content marketing and graphic design.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on LinkedIn strategy and content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing graphics and multimedia content.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content visibility on LinkedIn.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
