Australian Financial Planning Firm Parraplanner

We are seeking a **detail-oriented and experienced Paraplanner** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist in the research, analysis, and preparation of financial plans
o Collect Financial Data from product providers (Macquarie, Insignia, CBUS etc)
o Familiarity with Australian Life Insurance companies, products and process.
o Prepare detailed financial modelling including scenario comparisons.
• Provide high-quality technical administrative support to our financial advisers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including review of previous advice • Preparation of statement of advice (SOA)

**Ideal Candidate:**
• Must have held paraplanning (including preparation of statement of advice) for at least 5+ years
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of financial software (XPlan)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Sharepoint)
• Experience with FYID and XPM an advantage
• Comfortable working remotely and familiar with Zoom.
