Loan/Mortgage Processor - Dayshift

TITLE: Loans Processor - AU Company

ROLE:
- Work with a fun, energetic, and enthusiastic Australian Mortgage Broking team, with a focus on clear open communication, transparency, and accountability.
- Gather and analyze all required data from borrowers, including income, assets, credit reports, and job information.
- Examine loan applications to ensure all necessary information is correct and comprehensive.
- Prepare and submit loan proposals for underwriting approval.
- Build strong relationships and communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to offer updates and seek further information.
- Order appraisals, title reports, and any other papers required to complete the loan file.
- Ensure that all applicable regulations and requirements are followed.
- Keep loan files and paperwork up to date and thorough.
- Assist multiple Brokers.
- Assist management with additional activities and projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENT:
- Experience in the submission to settlement process of Loan Processing / or must have experience as a Credit Analyst/Officer directly with a bank.
- Solid end-to-end Loan/Mortgage Processor experience for 4 years in an AU Company
- Fast and reliable internet.
- Working Full Time Australia business hours (Monday to Friday).
- In addition to your headset and camera, two computer monitors would be advantageous for your success in this role.
