About You:
You are a qualified and experienced graphic designer looking for a new role where you can collaborate with a marketing team of 3
You have an outstanding design sensibility
You possess a comprehensive technical knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva and presentation software such PowerPoint and Google Slides
You have a strong knowledge in the delivery of creative artwork for digital and print
You know best practice design studio protocols such as adherence to file structure and version control
You have the ability to perform autonomously, or within a team to meet deadlines and produce quality results; and
Your execution of briefs and communication skills are second to none!

Role and Responsibilities:
Through your design, you will tell engaging and relevant stories that resonate with our customers and their needs that reflect the Masseuse brand. This is a crucial role in shaping our brand's digital and print presence by creating and delivering assets across all of our marketing channels, contributing to our overall success!
Strategic Storytelling: Collaborate on the brand awareness and strategic storytelling process with the Marketing Team to create a compelling brand of attraction.
Creative Management: Oversee the visual design and creative direction of the company's products and brands, projects such as marketing/advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital content.
Design and Development: Create high-quality visual designs, including graphics, layouts, illustrations, and other visual elements, for various mediums and platforms such as print, digital, and social media.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all created materials maintain brand consistency across various platforms and adhere to company standards.
Strong Sense of Aesthetics: Ability to create engaging and effective designs that resonate with target audiences.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and key stakeholders to refine designs and adapt to changing requirements.
Project Management: Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes align with strategic goals.
Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design, to ensure innovative and effective designs.
