JOB OVERVIEW

Lead Scraping and Generation:

Utilize advanced scraping tools and techniques to extract B2C and B2B leads from Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and implement strategies to target specific audiences, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, loan officers, auto dealers, customers with bad credit, and banks that have denied customers.
Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns to ensure they meet predefined KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
Data Management:

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of lead data by regularly updating and maintaining our lead database.
Segment leads based on various criteria to facilitate targeted marketing efforts.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights and optimize lead conversion strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on lead generation performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation and data scraping, particularly within the credit repair or financial services industry.
Proficiency with lead scraping tools and techniques.
Strong knowledge of Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Ability to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
