Software Project Coordinator using Jira

We are hiring a project coordinator to work 30-40 hours per week overseeing our software dev efforts for a rapidly growing online business. Qualifications include:

1. 2+ years of work experience on a team as a project coordinator for a software or similar service.
2. Experience coordinating projects including tracking, evaluating and reporting on daily and weekly progress.
3. Experience using and managing via Jira, and experienced in managing sprints.
4. Willingness to get involved in project planning at all levels including conception, research & discovery.
5. Willingness to get involved in customer support in order to learn about the services sold.
6. Available for 30 to 40 hours per week.
**Some software development experience is preferred but not required.
