Social Media Manager / Day to Day Assistant

I am looking for someone that can help with my day to day tasks.
Overall, I would like someone that is willing to learn and would enjoy working in my niche and can also comes up with ideas.
- Keep up with social media engagment. Replying to comments, general engagment
- Reposting my videos/reels accross different platforms.
- Organize my emails and handle customer support.
- Help manage my student community by answering general questions and inquiries
- Helping with techinical problems/customer support
- Some graphic design skills to create thumbnails, reel covers, help with branding elements potentially
- Helping me with optimizing workflows and staying organized in Google Docs/Sheets etc.
- Double checking my course elements to find errors and ways to improve
