OVERVIEW:
Our team is searching for a talented Social Media Manager (10 hours per week) with 1+ years of previous social media management experience to create and repost weekly content for our brand on Instagram and YouTube Shorts. Our brand is feminine, bold, and creative. We want to work with someone who is familiar with graphics that represent trendy design and aesthetic. We are looking for someone who understands is advanced in branding and can commit to improving ROI and our social media analytics.
TASKS:
Creating graphics using content in Canva
Creating Pinterest graphics & scheduling pins in Tailwind app
Schedule content 3 weeks in advance
Creating captions for all scheduled posts
Previous experience doing Hashtag research
Resharing daily Instagram reels & posts on stories
Creating & sharing Instagram stories every day
Reposting published TikToks without watermark on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,
Sharing YouTube videos to
Checking daily inbox for tagged content to save & reshare
REQUIREMENTS:
Speak & write in fluent English
Amazing designer
Experience using a social media scheduling tool (Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, etc)
Familiarity using Slack for communication
Experience posting to Instagram
At least 1 years experience as a Social Media Manager
Experience with hashtag research (either manually or using a tool like Flich.tech)
Graphic design experience needed - though Canva templates can/will be used, applicant MUST have good graphic skills and aesthetic sense (spacing, colors, scales, etc)
Available for 10 hours per week
SEO Knowledge a Plus
HOURS: 10 hours/week
RATE: $5.00/ hour USD ($200/month)
