Social Media Manager

Our Marketing team needs a few positions in Social Media filled to help grow the company's visibility and digital media footprint. Your experience and expertise in building and improving online presence of a brand is needed to ensure we grow and are seen for the culture and brand we really are.

At Club Wealth, we are looking to increase client engagement and ensure the brand visibility grows at an exponential rate.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
*Can you speak to us about our current digital media profile and understand what already exists.
*What do you think is working and what could be better?
*What would an editorial calendar with planned content releases look like
*What categories of posts would be rotated on that calendar.
*How would you expand each category with a back log of topics as you see them currently.

If you can speak to the above with clear understanding that you have looked into our social media and have something to say about the above bullet points, you may be the one we are looking for. In addition to this, you will need to be fluent in META and be able to run back end ads manager (organic please) and understand the analytics to determine where to pull the lever and move the needle on the results.

We will need to know which social media platforms you have PROFFESSIONAL experience in (both front and back end)
That said, we will not be hiring anyone who just has personal social media experience. Having your own Instagram or Facebook does not mean you know how to run a social media platform for an existing business. The candidate that we will hire has professional experience running social media that grows a company and their visibility.

**This job requires Strong verbal and written English skills and the ability to be self lead and stay busy at all times. If you have to rely on scripts, translation software or the like, this job is not for you and will not work out. We do not wish to waste anyone's time and this is a high requirement and sticking point. Your speaking and understanding of the English language must be to the point of understanding slang, idioms and figures of speech to keep up in an organic fluid conversation. This includes mastery of your accent with little to display that English is not your first language.
