Looking for an Operations Analyst

About the Role:

As our Operations Analyst, you'll be a key part of the go-to team who makes sure everything in our company runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll lead key parts of our operations, ensuring our teams are working efficiently and effectively together. Your efforts will directly support our company's mission and help us keep improving and achieving great things.

THE ROLE:

• Participate with customer service by talking to customers, processing their orders, and handling any issues that pop up.
• Partner with other businesses to push forward exciting initiatives and meet shared goals.
• Collaborate with our sales team to make sure our operations support and boost their efforts to grow the business.
• Keep our operations smooth and productivity high.
• Process administrative procedures involving spreadsheets and data operations.
• Work with top management to come up with operation strategies that support our big-picture goals.
• Look at how we do things now and find ways to do them better, to boost quality and cost-efficiency.
• Set goals for operations and track how well we're doing through key performance indicators.
• Create and put in place standard procedures to maintain high-quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced Mastery of English (C2)
• A bachelor’s degree in operations management or a related field
• A minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Analyst in a senior role
• A clear grasp of how to run things efficiently and effectively
• Basic IT skills, including familiarity with databases and tools like Google Suite and Notion.
• Top-notch communication skills, both for teamwork and dealing with customers.
• An innovative approach at solving problems and streamlining operations.
• An ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Project management certification is a bonus but not required.
