Social Media Virtual Assistant

As a Social Media Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for engagement and building strong online social media and blog communities with moms and parents of tweens and teens based in the USA.

If you are a mother of a kid(s) between 10-22 years old is a bonus.

Qualifications:
• At least one year of experience in a Social Media role
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices as it pertains to outreach and joining groups such as facebook groups.
• Know the etiquette and rules of online communities to navigate appropriately and not become “sales-y” that you get kicked out of the online groups for unwanted solicitations, promotions, advertising.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 5-10 hours per week
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and online communities
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Use your own social media accounts (or create one)


Responsibilities:
• Managing and growing our client's social media presence, as well as building and nurturing online communities
• Engage in other mom and parents online communities, fostering positive discussions and interactions
• Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed
