We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Lead Generation Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assigning leads to setters and sales representatives, creating lead generation reports, managing prospecting leads, troubleshooting Zapier integrations, and assisting with social media management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign leads to setters and sales representatives and ensure timely follow-up
Generate daily End-of-Day (EOD) and Start-of-Day (SOD) lead generation reports
Check prospecting leads for quality and accuracy
Troubleshoot any issues with Zapier integrations
Upload content to Instagram and
Update the history of setter and sales training calls
Maintain and update the social media calendar
Stay informed about sales offers and updates, and communicate them effectively to the team
Create and manage
Update projection sheets and sales tracking documents as needed
Qualifications:
Background in FB Ads/Business Meta, Lead gen, CRM
Proven experience in sales coordination or lead generation roles
Proficiency in using Zapier and familiarity with troubleshooting integrations (MUST!!!)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with social media management and advertising platforms (e.g.,
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for updating projection sheets and tracking sales metrics
