Virtual Assistant - Airbnb/VRBO customer service + Social Media Marketing + Email Management

Virtual assistant, proficient in Airbnb & VRBO guest communications, email management and email campaigns, as well as, social media content and marketing management. Potential candidate must be fluent in English (speaking and writing). Hours will consist of Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm (US Eastern Time). You will have access to Airbnb, VRBO, Guesty and direct booking website to respond to guest inquiries, communications and ensure check-in/check-out and their stay is running smoothly. Email campaigns needed to coordinate a list of established email addresses and send newsletters, invites, ads, etc. Social media creation and marketing management needed as well. Tasks and duties may fluctuate, depending on the need.
