Job Title: LinkedIn Outreach and Event Customer Service Executive
Work hours: Part-time 15 hours/week
Timezone: United Kingdom
Initial work schedule: Between 12pm and 8pm UK time, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $6-7 per hour DOE

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to join our team as a LinkedIn Outreach and Event Customer Service Executive. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in lead generation, outreach strategy, and event support for coaches in the business and personal development space. Essential requirements include proficiency in LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Zoom, and Gmail, with experience in using GoHighLevel as a CRM being a bonus. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement outreach strategies to generate leads and engage with potential clients on LinkedIn.
Cold Outreach: Conduct cold outreach campaigns to coaches in the business and personal development space to establish connections and promote our services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through LinkedIn outreach and other channels, maintaining accurate records in Google Sheets or GoHighLevel.
Pre-Event Communications: Communicate with clients and attendees before live events to provide necessary information, answer questions, and ensure smooth event preparation.
During Event Tech Support: Provide technical support and assistance during live events, including troubleshooting Zoom or other event platforms as needed.
Post-Event Follow-Up: Follow up with attendees after events to gather feedback, answer queries, and provide additional information or resources.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on providing an Outreach strategy, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and event support.
Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Zoom, and Gmail is essential.
Experience using GoHighLevel as a CRM would be advantageous.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and attendees.
Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
