Senior Social Media Video Editor - $800 - $1200

You will be responsible for crafting recorded footage into a polished final project that aligns with the director's vision. Our goal is to produce engaging, exciting, entertaining, and informative content for social media platforms. You will focus on long and short form videos with captions. And creating interesting eye-catching thumbnails.

Responsibilities:

- Edit and compile raw footage into a high-quality, cohesive final product, maintaining a consistent standard throughout.
- Work closely with the creative team to fully grasp the project requirements and produce visually stunning and impactful videos.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to enhance and perfect the final product.
- Keep up-to-date of the latest industry trends and advancements in editing technology to ensure our videos remain current and captivating.
- Manage and organize video assets to maintain an effective and efficient workflow.
- Adhere to brand guidelines to maintain uniformity across all video projects.
- Create interesting eye-catching thumbnails

Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to tell a story with humor and work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional video editing experience
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A strong portfolio showcasing your best video editing work
