Company Description:

Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency dedicated to bridging the gap between North American businesses and exceptionally talented remote staff in the Philippines.


Solar Contractor to play a key role in our project development process. You will utilize your expertise in solar design software and scheduling to create efficient and optimized solar panel systems for our residential and/or commercial clients. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines and ensuring all installations are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough site evaluations to determine solar panel feasibility and system design.
Utilize proficiency in leading solar design software (e.g., Helios, Aurora, OpenSolar) to create accurate and efficient solar panel layouts.
Generate detailed proposals for clients, outlining system specifications, production estimates, and cost breakdowns.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all installations are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with the installation crew to ensure proper system installation according to code and best practices.
Stay up-to-date on the latest solar technologies, industry trends, and safety regulations.


Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Solar Contractor or related field.
Experience in Project Management
Proven experience and proficiency in leading solar design software (e.g., Helios, Aurora, OpenSolar).
Strong understanding of solar panel technology, electrical systems, and building codes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
