Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Organic SEO Expert to join our team and help us achieve top search engine rankings for our website. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives organic traffic, increases brand awareness, and ultimately leads to business growth.

Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research and identify high-volume, relevant keywords for our target audience.
Analyze website traffic and performance metrics using SEO tools.
Optimize website content for search engines (on-page SEO).
Build high-quality backlinks to our website (off-page SEO), with a focus on acquiring high authority backlinks.
Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Track and report on SEO performance metrics.
Collaborate with other departments, such as content marketing and web development, to ensure a holistic SEO approach.
Must be able to work some US hours, with occasional shifts extending until 2:00 AM Philippine Standard Time (PST).

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or related field.
Proven track record of success in improving website organic rankings.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with the US SEO landscape (a plus).
