Telesales Agent - Appointment Setting (Part-Time (10 hours per week, Remote, Working from Home)

Job Summary:

As a Telesales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients who are based in the UK. Your primary goal will be to establish contact with prospects, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent English communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong dedication to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
Qualify leads through effective questioning and gather pertinent information.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain a detailed log of calls, including those which were not interested, and follow up on prospects.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment setting strategies.
Handle objections and use effective techniques to convert calls into appointments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and practices during all interactions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar phone-based role.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and telephone systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
