JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! Thanks for your interest in Innercircle! You're the right candidate for this role if you have extensive experience researching, identifying, and creating lists of highly qualified leads, and you are very familiar with LinkedIn. To be successful in this role we're looking for someone who can do the following:

SKILLS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
+Ability to navigate Linkedin and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify highly relevant prospects for sales organizations. You'll be able to determine the relevancy of potential leads based on the company they work for and their job title.
+Experience using advanced search techniques: Ability to utilize advanced search filters and Boolean operators on LinkedIn to narrow down and target specific industries, companies, job titles.
+Skill in profiling companies: We're looking for someone with proficiency in conducting comprehensive company research on LinkedIn, including analyzing company profiles, evaluating their products/services, assessing their market position, and identifying key decision-makers.
+Contact Identification: Skill in identifying and sourcing relevant contacts within target companies, including C-level executives, managers, and other key stakeholders responsible for purchasing decisions.
+Data Mining and Analysis: Proficiency in data mining techniques to extract and organize relevant information from LinkedIn profiles and company pages, such as contact details, job titles, company size, and others
+Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
