Dear Candidates,
Our company, a leading manufacturer and distributor of Android-powered TV boxes in North America, Europe, and the UK, seeks dedicated individuals for a full-time customer service role. The responsibilities will include handling phone calls (inbound/outbound), engaging in live chat support, and virtual assistant tasks.
While not mandatory, candidates with experience in marketplace management (Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, eBay, Shopify) and social media skills will be viewed favorably.
Though the position is not primarily a sales role, there will be incentives for exceptional sales performance.
Applicant Requirements:
Proficient in Android OS
Proficient in Windows OS
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration
Flexible work hours (10 am to 7 pm Eastern Time zone). Optional Saturday (limited to 5 hours)
Adaptability to frequent workforce changes
Capability to multitask and handle tasks unrelated to tech support
Fluent in spoken and written English
Passion for electronics and technology, with a strong inclination towards being a tech geek
High-speed internet access is mandatory as the phone system is IP-based
