We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our internal team. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing visually stunning designs that enhance our company's branding, marketing efforts, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Create compelling visual assets for various internal projects including presentations, training materials, company documents, and social media content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful designs that align with Task Flow Solutions' brand identity.
Design eye-catching graphics for our website, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media channels to engage our audience and promote our services.
Develop and maintain design templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all internal communications and marketing materials.
Support the marketing team with the creation of promotional materials, advertisements, and event collateral as needed.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment while meeting project deadlines.
