Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Phone Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads by initiating outbound calls to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a knack for building rapport over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts.
Introduce our company's products/services to potential clients and highlight their benefits.
Engage prospects in conversation to identify their needs and qualify them as potential leads.
Schedule appointments for the sales team based on availability and lead preferences.
Record accurate and detailed notes of all interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads who expressed interest but were not ready to commit to an appointment.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role for 2 years or more, preferably in a sales or telemarketing environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to confidently engage with prospects and overcome objections.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in data entry.
