Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and efficient Video Editor to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for editing and producing 20 Airbnb-related videos weekly, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and polished before they go live. This role is perfect for someone who is skilled in video editing, understands content trends in real estate and hospitality, and can work efficiently under tight deadlines, and can work independently without much supervision.

Responsibilities:

Edit and produce 20 videos weekly using raw footage provided by the content team, ensuring a consistent style and quality that aligns with Airbnb Secrets' brand guidelines.
Apply filters, create engaging transitions, and incorporate graphics to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of each video.
Collaborate closely with the content creators to understand the key messages and target audience for each video.
Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, including YouTube in landscape format, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, adhering to specific format and length requirements.
Manage and prioritize video editing tasks to meet consistent weekly deadlines without compromising on quality.
Maintain organized records of all raw and final edited files for easy retrieval and archiving.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio showcasing your work on similar content, preferably related to real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle.
Expertise in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to produce multiple videos weekly within a consistent schedule.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to creating high-quality, engaging content.
Good communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
