Carepool is a transportation software that connects healthcare and government. Our B2B software platform automates state programs to fit federal regulations.

This role’s focus is to break ground in our new markets! We know who the customers are, we just need healthcare expertise to implement our transportation solution. Business Development Exec’s will be credited for opening large accounts and teaming up with Account Managers to manage the relationships.

Carepool is in growth mode! We’re no longer a niche competitor to big market leaders. Our focus is a better method of healthcare delivery by creating access to transportation for everyone. (including wheelchair and door through door assistance)

Role is responsible for sales efforts into new territories. Sell into VP and C levels with our customers, many of whom are national with us.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
2. Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
3. Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
4. Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople
5. Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
6. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Must have at least 1 to 2 years experience as a Sales Representative or Business Development Manager in B2B HEALTHCARE Sales.
2. Proven experience in sales growth
3. Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
4. Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
5. Clear verbal and written communication skills
6. Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
